Matilda
by Roald Dahl
📖 The story
Matilda is a super-smart girl who reads every book in the library — even though her family thinks TV is better.
At school she meets kind Miss Honey and the scary headteacher Miss Trunchbull.
One day Matilda finds out she can move things with her eyes, and she uses her power to stand up to the bully.
🌟 Big lesson
Reading makes you strong, and it's brave to stand up for what's right.
